Chateu Dale Hotel/condo

Will be making a trip to Patters soon with the wife,kid and mother in law.

Thinking of staying at the Chateu Dale onThrappaya Road.

Is the place ok?I know there are some building works going on there but as long as its not jack hammers and flood lights at midnight ,no worries.

Any comments would be welcome.

Chateau Dale is very nice. Your mom will probably like it a lot. However, it is a condominium complex, and not a "Hotel". It is considered to be a very good quality development, very decent neighbors, and a nice pool. It is right next to View Talay 1.

We were hoping to stay at View Talay but as its a bit short notice the rooms are taken.

I bought a time share there about 7 years ago,I was half smashed after a night out,nice saleswoman though.

Good to here that the Chateau Dale is ok.

They do have something like a hotel service there, too. But as far as I remember, they were reluctant to rent by the week, when a friend of mine inquired. One month minimum (but that was for March, might be different now.)

Hey Sunny.

The reason why I am asking about the place is about 7 years ago I made the a blinder of an investment and bought a time share with (then not built ,just a field next to the big goverment office) View Talay Villas.

As I am on short notice and VTV is full I will be staying at Chateau Dale.

Are you interested in purchasing a time share
