Popular Post WitawatWatawit Posted January 10, 2015 Popular Post Posted January 10, 2015 "The Pattaya Police Chief noted the suspect apologized for his actions to Mr. Kazemi but he was still charged with assault and awaits further legal proceedings." So unfair. The dogboy apologised. He should have been rewarded with a community medal, but instead gets charged. 5

Popular Post StealthEnergiser Posted January 10, 2015 Popular Post Posted January 10, 2015 Lucky he never took photo's the camera would have been smashed , nothing unusual here It has happened thousands of time but they rarely get caught. 3
Popular Post KittenKong Posted January 10, 2015 Popular Post Posted January 10, 2015 Why do jet-ski and speedboat operators here usually look like a cross between a Sumo wrestler and a street thug? And that includes the women. Whenever I see these people a cartoon light-bulb goes off in my head, alternately flashing "rip-off" and "danger", and I act accordingly. 5
Popular Post mrtoad Posted January 10, 2015 Popular Post Posted January 10, 2015 When will they just ban these operators full stop? Vermin 7
yankee99 Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 That will be 500 baht and don't do it again I'm sure the tourist police will be called to negotiate that down. 1

realenglish1 Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 One way to avoid a scam like this is to NOT rent a Jet Ski The second way is to take photos of the Jet Ski before riding it and getting the renty to agree about what is or is not wrong with the Jet Ski This should help a bit Or just lock up the Jet Ski Rental guys 1
Popular Post ggt Posted January 10, 2015 Popular Post Posted January 10, 2015 Can't a dishonest corrupt Jet Ski Operator make a dishonest living anymore? 6
balo Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Someone should notify the mayor of Pattaya about this. According to him jetski scams is history in Pattaya. 2
Popular Post chaiyapoon Posted January 10, 2015 Popular Post Posted January 10, 2015 Pattaya and Thailand would be better and safer place without rental jetskis BAN THEM ALL 7

Billy The Kid Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 I nearly got the same when I told the three Indians to tell them to <deleted> off when I saw them being pressured to pay the damages on their jet skis .. Four out of ten gangs approached me with menace , I just had to flee .. Lol. That was in 2010 on beach just outside Mike Shopping Mall
impulse Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 That will be 500 baht and don't do it again You forgot to say "please".
IAMHERE Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Pattaya and Thailand would be better and safer place without rental jetskis BAN THEM ALL Make a 'law' that nobody is ever responsible for jet ski damage on a beach or near water. 2

Four out of ten gangs approached me with menace , I just had to flee .. Lol. That was in 2010 on beach just outside Mike Shopping Mall C'mon it is a known fact that historically Thais can't stand or trust Indians. They even have a well known proverb "when walking in the jungle and you come across an Indian and a cobra, kill the Indian first"
tonysilly Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 They are all scum bags. I would like to go jet ski one day before I die. Have to save up for damage money behire I go on.
razer Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Another 500 Baht fine. Ban jet skis on public beaches and put the scum out of business.
Popular Post spidermike007 Posted January 10, 2015 Popular Post Posted January 10, 2015 Prayuth has been encouraging arrests, which is a good thing. The real question is, will he follow it up to make sure there are convictions, that one of the five or ten strong judges with integrity in the country are able to preside over the trial, and that the perpetrators serve actual prison time? Otherwise, the arrests are just a silly exercise, and the general is made to look weak. Enforcement without follow up is a bit akin to finding a hundred huge tunas in the sea, hundreds of kilometers from shore, but having no ice or source or refrigeration to keep them fresh. It is only a dream. It is only jawboning. It is a treasure at the end of the rainbow. The promise of justice is what most Thai people, and most farengs want. But, we all want it to mean something. Arrests without any sort of follow up iis meaningless. What real men do is commit action, not just speak of action. What real men do is follow up, not just make promises. What real men do is bring real improvement to their people and their countries. 4
EyesWideOpen Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 The money made on this scam must be staggering. The Pattaya police who are a part ofthis scam, have to put up with a lot of heat and bad publicity from it, yet they keep on allowing it to happen. So that clearly means they are in it up to their necks. If the police wanted to , they could stop this scam in one day. Yet they choose not to. So figure it out yourself what is happening here..... 1
Monkeyrobot Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Where is the swede with the finger point??
