Maybe there are some paint experts on this forum.

Would anyone know the difference between Beger Cool UV Shield and Beger Cool Super Ceramic Shield? Folks at paint shop do not know and Beger does not reply to emails.

Have used Beger Cool UV Shield many years ago with good results and wish to know if the Super Ceramic Shield is perhaps any better.

Any info appreciated.

I would go for Jotun.

Used also for industrial applications and wide range of quality products.

Price will tell you more...and mixing colors is possible with their color charts.

Just from the name, the UV would be protection from the sun and the ceramic gives a harder finish (?). If you need Beger, I would go with the UV.

Assuming external application.

it does what it says on the can but as you replied a product name that is taken from a brand name may vary from the original specification/quality even when made under licence

Hi there,

I been using Beger Cool Super Ceramic paint in our Udon Thani house for exterior in collectively with semi reflective/smoked windows - foil/foam pads in ceiling & sun exposed parts of the widows [a few only], attic self ventilation, couple of tree’s in south & west direction, auto floor cooling from dirt below the tiles.

Always many C degrees below outside temperature/INSIDE…okay…
