^Agree with your 3rd para. Years ago took the wife to her first City game, at Maine Road, and her biggest enjoyment that day was hearing "the referee's a <deleted>' chant - blew her little Thai mind.

Freedom of speech at an U11 game that one!

Sorry Sane but your wrong. He hasnt gifted the money to Chelsea. All that money (about £1bn or more) he has pumped in is an interest free loan. Should he go he'd want it back. Look up Chelsea Football Club Limited (thats the football side) and Chelsea Limited (the holding company). Then there is Chelsea PLC. Its an intriguing web. If i remember rightly the stadium and pitch is just as complex due to Chelsea Pitch Owners

You are mistakenly separating Abramovic from Chelsea Football Club .

They are one thing , not two things .

The financial side is probably quite complex , but any debts Chelsea have are Romans debts

If Roman wants his money back , he will sell the club .

He bought the club for 140 M

Invested 1 Billion

And the Club is now worth 2 Billion .

He will walk away with a tidy profit .

I’ll try again.

It was far from a Bickerfest.

It was a regular poster with far right extremist views posting his disgusting racist filth.

Im surprised the regular posters on here who genuinely support their side haven’t condemned him and his vile crap as they were on here posting at the same time.

Are they going to do so now?

Kadildo, If your going to say such things then please back them up with facts, i await your response !!!

Better still rather than boring everyone, why don't you PM them to me.

Respect to this active Forum Spurs fan for telling it how it is in another thread.

think its more to do with alfie misguidedly thinking he's being clever and controversial when its blatantly obvious his interest goes deeper ie his CONSTANT efforts to bring his shallow misguided i was going to put political , but its not its a hate groups agenda  to a football chat forum. for me its becoming tedious and time of topic comments ect were taken down”

The more people that condemn these types of people the better whoever you support.

damn, traveling for work I missed some serious <deleted>....interestingly, in the 9 years I've been actively involved in this forum, politics and its attachment to football has not been a topic until now. Media manipulation is a scarily powerful thing.

Talk about over dramatizing things, by the way is that Trump and Brexit that got voted in by the majority ?

I've not seen any dodgy posts on any TVForum football threads over the years. Anyway, Mr Bo' rules with an iron fist in a velvet glove.

Vertonghen, Rose and Wanyama injured.  How long can we persist with this guy, he's always injured!!

However, i'm near certain this is one hole that will be plugged in the january window.

With regards to the big injury to Vertonghen and the quality of Juan Foyth i think we have a definite option of playing three at the back with Toby and Sanchez.  Foyth has i think we'll all agree come on much faster than we thought he would and was an absolute steal for 9m.

And when will we see Skipp given a start?

Not till next season i'd have thought.  I'm sure he'll be getting brief run outs.  He's way beyond his years

I agree. Can't wait to see him in an EPL starting line up. A future Spurs' gem.

yeah only shame atm regarding our injury situ is foyth is a right footer we desperately need a natural lhs player to cover c/b  could wanyama do a job there ?  but  foyths gonna slip into tobies shoes v nicely, could make a little more sense why toby's contract talks possibly havnt had the urgency that maybe we all would have expected  ? just  a thought. . the other night that was the 1 st time i've seen him  and in skipp i can see with  his high tempo game he  could be an asset but   unfortunately atm cant see him getting  more than a few lge cup games and maybe with the 1/4 finals comin  will that be next season? but hey its footie and things change and hopefully i'm wrong and he'll mke his full debut against the gooners and with a perfect through ball will set up the winner, however ,,,,,,,,

Skippy may yet go out on loan somewhere....its good to see him getting a taste however.

Foyth eh?....well if he can do that consistently we have another total winner of a defender.

Good point about Foyth and the potential impact its had on Toby's contract.  Regards left sided center backs, we only have one and he's 31yo.  Wanyama is more likely to be sold, permanently in sick bay!!

Bit ironic really but since the last passed with us doing no business we've been very unfortunate with injuries but very fortunate in the manner in which no show players last season have stepped up, Lamela, Moura, Foyth and Winks returning and being bang on it.

My concern right now is still the form of Lloris.  Not sure i really trust him anymore and am more comfortable with the argentine lad.

I wonder if he's closer to the 1st team than a loan.  One thing i don't want is him sitting on the bench all week doing nothing!

Wasn't Foyth a direct find by Poch.  Not a scouts referral,  and he chose us over some big clubs because he believed in Pochettino.  let's face it, Poch should know a quality center back in the making.

No,and I am not sure why you asking that question when you have already answered it by saying we need a LHS player.

A. He is right footed and we already have 4 right footed CB'S.

B. As mentioned in an earlier post, he is always injured as he is at the moment.

Well whilst we've been talking about Oliver Skipp he's been selected in the squad for tonights late on up at Wolves.  I really think Poch should give him thirty minutes if its at all possible.  Whats he really gaining sitting on the bench and he trains with the first team already.

Yes Foyth was indeed....total bargainas you say.

If Skippy is good enough then let him play!! The lad needs games at his age....if not in our 1st team then send him to the Championship for a season.

Really doesn't look very professional allowing ourselves to be in that situation, 4 right footed, one left.  were you including out on loan Carter-Vickers or adding Dier?

This aside look how encouraging it must be for our other young players to know the way into the 1st team is open and all they have to do is show the commitment and drive to get there.

Unlike some other top six clubs I won't mention.

just a thought alfie  making the best use of what we've got, as imo we'll be lucky  to  get anyone thats gonna slip in  to the team instantly and in the last game maybe you didnt notice but  wanyama was playing predom' on the lhs and when he plays with dier he plays lhs so maybe droppin bac ,, could work for him and us he aint exactly blessed with pace or a consistent game changer at the other end of the park  ,, but hey just  athought and we all see the game in  diferent ways

Poch in theory could play the youngest team in EPL history tonight, which could include Foyth, Skipp, Dele, Gazziniga, Sanchez.  Its not like Kane, Dele, Eriksen and Lamela are geriatric either is it.  That would be the youngest by far.
