A friend is coming in to stay a few months or longer and is bringing his cat. His plane will arrive putting him in rush hour traffic going ito BKK and of course i would like him to not have to go through that as i am sure taxi will want extra and it is a pain.

Does anyone kinow if the Rail link allows pets in carriers.

Also if I have to go the Taxi route I assume the cabbie will want extra any one suggest what extra should be.

I do not mind paying for the service just do not want to overpay

Unless you are talking a mountain lion size cat would not expect a taxi to require additional payment (but expect they will try). Not so positive on BTS

No pets are allowed. Guide dogs are permitted as are any noiseless pets kept in closed containers without holes, such as fish. Other exceptional pets must not be fear-provoking or harmful to other passengers.
