February 4, 201511 yr Can anyone recommend a serviced apartment etc w studio or 1 bedroom, monthly price 10k or below?
February 4, 201511 yr I highly recommend The Loft Residence. Walk out the back door and you have a Tops supermarket. Staff is friendly and security is by magnetic card and I think a studio runs around 4-5,000 bahts a month free TV fully furnished. They ding you a bit on electric and water maid service was a 100 baht each time. 7/11 close lots of eateries barber good fruit stand and Tanin market has a great salad bar we bike there twice a week. You can walk there and also to Kad Suan Kaew Central and Chiang Mai Ram in an emergency. Computer shops close all good.

February 5, 201511 yr Book into a cheap guesthouse for a couple of days and look around. Better deals in person than you'll find online.
