CityNews - The Chiang Mai Municipality has released footage of accidents, collisions and mishaps on the roads of Chiang Mai over the last year. CCTV has been put up around the city over the last couple of years in an effort to help capture traffic collisions and create a safer environment around the city. trainman34014 Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 So; now they've got all this footage in hand what do they intend to do about it ? My guess would be not a lot as too much 'attitude adjustment' would be required to Thai drivers....and the Police Force ! 1
