Im looking for long stay accommodation one in HH or surrounding area

Criteria as follows

Budget of 12k or less per month

Does not need to be near to beach

Can be Studio / apartment or small 1 or 2 bed house

I'm living alone

Clean, tidy , location

Not to busy but A few bars and quick thai food not to far away

Prefer to have a gym / pool close by

Hi, my neighbours 2 bedroom house is for rent on soi 102, 12k p/m long term, 13k p/m s/t. Close to gym, bars and restaurants. They really need to tidy up the exterior before they rent it I think (just a tidy up, nothing major) but they are showing people as it is (I have not seen inside).
