I think it would be VERY important to know WHERE in Thailand these measures are taken.

Pattaya (and probably the rest of non-Bangkok) has to slave through a straw into Bangkok before we can even start playing. For Pattaya that straw get congested every Friday afternoon until Monday morning

would it be better to put info on where the server/script is located? so we know if it's a bandwidth test on local, international, to which country, etc.
