Porter service at departures .

Hi, I am leaving this weekend and due to a problem here I cannot lift my suitcases. Is there a porter service on departure level ? I could always order fast track, but I really only need to get my suitcases to check in. If there is no service at all, is BFSPREMIUMSERVICES worthwhile ? Thanks.

I have never seen any porters along the drop off kerb area, apart from the ones that hang around at Door 1 for Thai Airways First Class passengers.

How are you getting to the airport?

Surely the driver will load your bags on a cart.
