Annual bonus, fuel allowance, telephone allowance, accommodation allowance can be normal depending on circumstances. Also, some areas are usually paid extra due to the perception of poor air quality and people don't want to work there, e.g. Mapthaphut.

OK, but 3 years doing what...? an MNC for eg in that area is going to pay more, than a local "fabrication" company.

but lest say for argument sake, 3 years with a decent company - 60k to 120k it depends
