Vimeo blocked on TOT?

Hi all,

For the past few days I've been unable to watch any vimeo videos on my TOT connection. TrueH mobile is fine. Can anyone else confirm or deny this? I'm using TOT Fibre.

I called TOT but they deny blocking it, have referred it to a technician who 'fixed' it but its still not working.

Not generally blocked, I am on ToT fibre.

Can you give an example link?

I can't play any of those. It connects to the video, starts downloading and then stops. After 3minutes it plays 2 seconds of video.

If I share the 3G on my phone (TrueH) it works fine.

Works OK for me on TOT. I even reverted from google DNS to TOT DNS server, just to check. Still worked OK
