Major changes went down in Phuket and the General is on this. If he's consistent, there will be no business on the King's Beach.

Your have a deluded state of mind if you actually believe the "general is on this". Yes, he will be consistent, and business operations will continue at Hua Hin beach, just as they continue in the most corrupt area in Thailand, Phuket.

As long as everyone goes to Hua-Hin and stays away from Cha-Am i am happy.

Thought Cha-Am was a crappy place tbh. Hua Hin and south of Hua Hin (Khao Taki) is much nicer so you can keep Cha-Am
