I would like to know if someone knows where to buy a food cart and bakery machinery, as a convection oven in bangkok or samui.

For both items, the upper part of Rama-4 between Sukhumvit, Phra Khanong and Soi Ekkamai. (Rama-4 end)

In the 2 blocks on Rama-4, just before it intersects with Sukhumvit (Phra Khanong BTS) are several shops where they fabricate many styles of food carts. Most are on the left hand side walking from Sukhumvit.

There are a fairly large number of commercial restaurant and bakery equipment suppliers along that stretch of Rama-4 going towards Soi Ekkamai, both sides. Actually many more along the length of Rama 4 towards Sathorn.
