Where to buy a keyboard (instrument) in Phuket

Featured Replies

Hi all. I don't remember seeing a shop at Central that sells instruments and am looking to buy and learn the keyboard. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

There's a shop at the same location as a large music school in Phuket Town, on Thepkasattri if I remember correctly, across a large hotel building.

It's behind the music school. It has the state of the art equipment in there.

If you want a cheaper one, as you are just learning, there's a section in Big C. Bought one for my daughter at Christmas and of course it sits there mainly unused, which is why I didn't go to Yamaha.

Another (probably less expensive) option would be "Music Zone" which is just before Phuket town on Choafa East road. (right before the park).

Keep in mind you may need some kind of amplifier (or at the very least headphones) to hear your instrument.
Although some of them have speakers built in (usually the cheaper ones)

Good luck.
