KhunBENQ
left <<<>>>> right Thailand is a left side driving country, so steering wheel on the right side is the norm. Hope you don't have the absurd idea to drive a a car with the steering wheel on the left in Thailand The enormous hurdles and cost of importing cars seems to be know to you already. The usual answer is: forget it. There was guy in a German language forum, stating he has problems with driving on the left side / steering wheel on the right and therefore wants a car with steering wheel on the left (like at home) Edited April 1, 2015 by KhunBENQ

NUUM
Not sure about cars but you can buy left-hand drive motorcycles in Thailand, although expect to pay a premium over the standard right-hand drive models...

chickenslegs
Not sure about cars but you can buy left-hand drive motorcycles in Thailand, although expect to pay a premium over the standard right-hand drive models... Those are the ones that you often see driving towards the opposing traffic.
