Also Benjaroong Magazine and Tropical Living Magazine are Phuket based, but I rarely see them anywhere but Au Bon Pan in Central.

There are also about 10 local Thai language newspapers, anywhere from 20 - 40 tourist maps/guides and a few French, German, Swedish and Japanese publications as well.

Phuket Times, Phuket Business, Phuket Vision all either went belly up or disapeared.

Ball Magazine has published one issue so far and All About Home has done a few (but weekly magazines are rarely successful in such a small advertising market - just too damned expensive to print).
