Well the page was working but I get some notification in Thai that I cannot read. Also can't remember my flight number.

I just noticed that (when using Firefox) the message "We support current and previous versions of Internet Explorer browser ONLY." pops up as usual.

BUT after clicking on the "OK" button the web page exits. You cannot carry on.

A couple of weeks ago you could click on the "OK" and the "Immigration Bureau" page would appear.

So they have now stopped you carrying on if your web browser says it is anything other than Internet Explorer.

Note: If you use the "User Agent Switcher" add-on in Firefox and set Firefox to say it is Internet Explorer, then you can carry on to the "Immigration Bureau" page.

Whether it then works correctly or not, I don't know.

The neighbours report than I processed didn't have a flight number, but it went through alright.

It doesn't have an asterisk as a required field.
