Fruit and Vege prices in Hua Hin

Featured Replies

Just curious about average fruit and vege prices in Hua Hin, mainly because I saw some images of prices and they just can't be 300% more than here in Canada can they? Mind you, the images were from the Market Village Tesco Lotus from 2013.

What would the prices be for these products below for example?

Apples

Avocaodos

Red Kidney Beans

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Carrots

Olive Oil

Sweet Potatoes

Broccoli

Red Beets.

I'm basically a vegetarian and this type of food is real cheap where I live in Canada and I'm really curious what

the prices are if anyone can help?

Apples ฿65 for four

Avocaodos ฿86-89 each

Red Kidney Beans

Cucumber

Tomatoes ฿20 for five

Carrots ฿12 for two

Olive Oil

Sweet Potatoes

Broccoli ฿20 ?

Red Beets.

Thanks petertucker! Seems my favorite vege, avocado, is the most expensive, about 500% more than I pay at home, but tomatoes are cheap. Carrots, broccoli are about the same, so good to know.

They're all cheaper here... 'cept the apples, avocados & olive oil.

That's good to know, thanks!
