I presume it's the 20th-22nd November but I'd like to be sure. I can't find any English contact details for the Surin tourist info centre. Thanks.

    Thanks for the exact dates. As the 1 st November is on a Sunday I wasn't sure if half a weekend counted to being the first weekend in November. We go every year but they never know the following year's dates when we're there !!!
