Best Prepaid 4G Truemove H plan?...

I have had a Truemove H 4G prepaid reoccurring plan for about a year at 299 baht/month... I am very happy with it and the service - I thought it was the cheapest plan available...

But than I happened across this link:

It seems to say one can get 1gb of data for 179 baht/month?

The page has a lot of Thai that can not be translated so I am unsure as to the fine print?

It says that their 4G service is capable of up to 100Mbps. If you don't have 4G capable equipment, it will default to their up to 42Mbps 3G service. Also that you can apply for the 4G package until the end of the year and that they offer double the usual amount of data.
