Does anybody know what happened to The Blue Healer Bar & Restaurant in Udon Thani?

New to Udon, I was sitting in my hotel wondering where to go for dinner.

I saw an advertisment in The Udon Thani Guide (First Quarter 2015 Edition-page 48)

So I tried to find The Blue Healer last night. Eventually, having no success I asked an American

guy called Mike. He told me he believed The Blue Healer had closed only a short time after opening.

Such a pity as I was looking forward to the advertised Aussie tucker.

Mike kindly helped me find an alternative restaurant which was The Irish Clock.

Just by driving his scooter ahead of my car he brought me to the right place.

I enjoyed a delicious tender fillet steak, salad and chips with a cold beer.

Thanks again Mike! It was very nice of you to help me out when I was lost in Udon.

Very nice story. The Irish Clock is an established favorite. I don't know about your other restaurant but it's a nice story regarding another expat for a change.
