I applied with my girlfriend at the time for a holiday visa. We just ended it & I would like to cancel her visa as I am listed as her sponsor.

What is the best way to do this

Is she still in Thailand?

Unless your'e a immigration officer I don't think you can cancel her visa. Just inform them of situation and go find another girlfriend!

If you are a Brit and in Thailand you can inform the Embassy, if you are in the UK you can call the UKVI

Unless you are from a country where the sponsor has to make a financial guarantee (are there any?) do nothing, walk away and get on with your life.

The odds are she will be on the next plane home. I guess she will want to get back to friends and family and not stay in an expensive country.

I would just go see dept of imm with a letter stating you no longer sponsor her visa. Or call them and fax the letter thru if easier.

I imagine that would absolve you of issues.

You probably paid for her ticket, just cancel it.

If you contact immigration they will make a note on your file.
