There's a new one on Soi Nongprue, between Soi Siam Country Club and Soi NPW. Called Car Spa and features also a Thai restaurant. Wonder why no one had that idea before to sell some food while customers are waiting.

What do you call the "bypass"? Is that the road that has the traffic lights (not working at the moment) on Siam CC?

A couple of years ago there was a car wash on Third Road not too far from the back entrance to Big C Extra that also had a noodle stall. It was absolutely dire and the food wasn't much better.
