Any large pharmacy should have this. Especially pharmacies located near government hospitals.

If you advise where in Thailand you live, can advise further.

Brand names in Thailand include:

  • Addi-K (enteric coated tablet)
  • Enpott (enteric coated tablet)
  • Kaylyte (oral liquid)

Be sure to take on a full stomach, can be very irritating to the GI tract.

I have never seen that. Table salt is sodium chloride. There are salt substitutes for people who need to reduce their sodium intakes that contain potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride. A half and half mixture is new to me and I certainly don't think it is to be found in Thailand.

Of someone is in need of a combined sodium and potassium supplement, the various rehydration sachets sold everywhere would do fine. But the OP did not indicate a need for that, rather just for potassium,
