Am buying back some shares in a small company here in Thailand from the minority shareholders in Hong Kong.

How do I go about doing it? Is there a form you fill out?

Yes. Within the company there is a facility to transfer shares to another as long as it doesn't break the rules of ownership (49%/51%). Shares of a company cannot be sold and held unappointed.. Shares to be sold must be taken by a recipient.
