I'm looking to buy Water Hyacinth furniture, a few pieces for my house not a container load for a shop. Anyone know of good shops in Bangkok? Online links are best but anything is appreciated.

theres a shop in siam discovery mall, i think 4th floor, near the other fun. stores like habitat. they have some very cool hyacinth furniture.

Google results Not too many retailers but plenty of leads.

You might find it in the shops along Sukhumvit, between Sois 25 & 49.

If you're adventurous, you might try taking a trip up to Chai Nat or Ang Thong, where much of it is manufactured.

There's a furniture shop near the river, at the corner of New Road (Charoen Krung) and Captain Bush Lane (the Soi that goes down to the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel) that sells this stuff. It was still there the last time I passed. Sorry I don't have the name.
