Navy League Phuket did a few in years past. Last one was 2013. Nothing on their website about this year. I can play Stars and Stripes Forever on the piccolo if you want to get the rest of the band together.

The Navy League thing at the airpark was awesome, but now I don't believe they have the people to organize that type of thing anymore. I'm sure a cost/return is a factor also.

Charlie at Friendship beach is having an event, bbq, fireworks etc.
