Hi I'm sponsoring my Thai girlfriend for a uk general visit visa soon. We will be staying at my parents house which they rent. I know to send the tenancy agreement and a letter from my parents stating she can stay. My question is. Will the eco want to see their contracts of employment and payslips or will just bank statements be enough? Thanks

If you're providing financial support then it's only you needs to provide evidence of your ability to do so.

If your parents are just offering accommodation, then a letter saying so and brief details of the accommodation available will suffice. A tenancy agreement is really required but you could include it if you think it would help, I've never ever supplied them for people putting us up for a short visit.

There is no need to include your parents contracts of employment, pay slips or even bank statements if they are only providing a room.
