Gyms And Nightclubs In Chiang Mai

I am a Bangkok resident and will be visiting Chaing mai for 2 weeks. I haven't been north for many years and want to know if anyone can recommend any good gyms for working out over the 2 week period and any clubs for letting off steam in the evenings.

I know that at Powerhouse Gym - which is a nice gym - charge 300 baht per walk-in - you might be able to negotiate something.

What area are you looking for places in?
