Non-immigrant Type O

Featured Replies

I've been granted a multiple entry non-immigrant visa typeO valid from 23/6/03 until 22/6/04 and i've done the visa-runs every 90 days as requested. Last one in Singapore and reentry in Thailand on 29/3 , got a new stamp with another 90 days "admitted from 29/3 until 26/6/04; my question is :can i stay in Thailand until 26/6 as written on the stamp or do i have to consider the date of expiry of my visa :22/6?

Thank you

look at the stamp in your passport !! did you leave and re-enter before previous visa expired ??? work out the possible dates ,if still in doubt , speak to the doctor !!!

Nope. You can actually depart Thailand and re-enter on 21 June and get another 90 days stay.

As the dr sez for max usage of your visa make a run/return the day before visa expires to get another 90 days. But you can also leave on the 26th if you so desire - but you will then have to obtain a new visa prior to return.
