Forgot password to Windows 7 Ultimate----

Anyshop can fix this----or if you have a friend just download the password removal program --you place it on a disk & ans the laptop reboots it removes the password--------they are not exactly the most secure thing around.

There are bootable cd's that can allow you to change your Windows 7 password.

I'm not sure about what's available locally in Thailand, but they are available on eBay for about $5 to $10.

I used a version of them frequently before my retirement to assist customers who forgot their password.

I would think many IT shops in Thailand would have some version for sale, or to assist you.

The version I used for XP would not work on Windows 7. However, my Win 7 version is backwards compatible.
