two days ago, everything was fine : my computeur ( windows 7 and 10 ), my modem router D Link and my note book

I closed by mistake the button wireless on/off and every thing was off ; I didn't know first what happened and I reset my modem with 3 BB every thing works fine again ( Internet for me ) but the notebook can't connect to my wi fi

in the list of available connections my name is here, very good connection, everything is ready to have a connection but windows tell me " windows couldn't connect to ( my name ) "

when I look at the properties of the notebook network card it's written " IPV4 non connected and IPV6 non connected "

what can I do ? I can find out myself, go to a computer shop, speak with 3 BB ?

Even if the SSID and password are the same as previously, since you have reconfigured the AP/Router you may need to delete the connection profile in your client devices.

Depending on the OS, the option will be something like "forget this network". Then create a new connection.

Thanks ! it was the solution ; I changed my password, my SSID and my security key and every thing works again

I though of every solutions but not this one I learn something every day, especially computer related things
