Yes, try having it massaged out the majority of massage girls will know what to do, this worked for me or I suggest a Chropractor which will give you relief.

I've never found massage, chiropractors or acupuncture to help at all. Not medical evidence to support their efficacy.

I've found Gabapentin to be highly effective when used in the correct dosage.

A painful injection in my bum of cortisone did it for me 20 years ago. I'd do it again.
