It’s My Life: Bon Jovi to play in Bangkok on Tuesday

BANGKOK: -- Get ready to rock out this Tuesday after the shock announcement that Bon Jovi will be playing at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani.

The hastily arranged concert in Bangkok comes after Bon Jovi's concerts in China next week were abruptly canceled due to "unforeseen reasons." Some netizens speculated the shows were cancelled because of Bon Jovi's inclusion of imagery of the Dalai Lama in previous concerts.

China’s loss is Bangkok’s gain.

Rock fans of a certain age -- 25-50 we imagine -- will get a rare chance to enjoy the delights of Bon Jovi classics such as "Livin' On a Prayer," "You Give Love a Bad Name" and "It's My Life" live in Bangkok.

Lets hope they don't use imagery of Thaksin in their Bangkok concerts, or these will also be abruptly cancelled.

Asia the hub of freedom of expression.

Nice of them to give plenty of notice!

Read the OP. Thailand is second choice, wouldn't even have made a chance if China wasn't cancelled.

Tickets from 2-6K on sale on the 12th.....

I've seen them many times and they rarely disappoint so should be worth a look....

I'll be sure and put this on my "must miss" list.
