Brother went to the embassy with his mrs on the 12th of september to hand in her application for settlement visa, she was told she needed a copy of my brothers passport (again for some reason), her TB exray (which was overlooked) and her birth cert needed to be stamped, and more info was needed on the planned wedding in the UK. She was told apart from all this the application was very good, she was told she take all the missing paperwork in 5 days or she had up to 6 months to go back. The fee was paid and off she went.

She took all this back 5 days later and was told to track its progress on the internet.

2 days ago she had a call asking to speak to my brother, who at that time was back in the uk. She explained this, then they asked when he went back, what they did and where they went when he was there and that was it.

The today my brother tracked the visa's progress and it says to go and collect the passport.

Things have changed a lot since i did all this, but to me it looks like she has been granted the visa. Am i right? as i cant see they can refuse you without an intreview!

Brothers eagerly waiting at work for your knowledge on this!!

Thanks BIG SPUDS
