From the Australian Embassy website.

Do not provide original documents unless requested. You should provide ‘certified copies’ of original documentation. Documents not in English must be accompanied by accredited English translations.

'Certified copies' are copies authorised, or stamped as being true copies of originals, by a person or agency recognised by the law of the country in which you currently reside. The only original document you need to provide is your police certificate.

Have allied successfully at VFS trendy building 3 times.

Each time provided originals that were accepted by clerk.

Have never had anything certified.

We have the result mailed. Each time they have returned stuff like our photos together etc. Lease doument etc
