Does anyone have CTH through Karon Cable TV?

We pay monthly to Karon Cable for analog television and a CTH digital package. We have also for many years received separate bills from CTH. I used to pay these and then bring the receipt to Karon Cable to deduct the amount from the bill at Karon Cable. But they told me that I should ignore the CTH bills and just pay to Karon Cable, because they have a deal with CTH and pay monthly for that. So, I have been doing that for a few years. Every once in a while a message will come up on the TV from CTH about payments, but I was assured that I could ignore those as well.

However, now the time has come that my bill with CTH has accumulated to over 25,000 baht and they want me to clear the bill. I had no idea that Karon Cable never did anything to clear my debt with CTH, but just made a huge monthly payment as in their deal with CTH. i have contacted them several times this week and they only seem concerned with the signal and whether it is still on. But I am a lot more concerned with having built up a debt in my name, which is never a good thing, but might one day even work against me when asking for a loan, or even when applying for a visa or citizenship.

Anyone out there with CTH through Karon Cable? Did you ever check your account with CTH to see how much your debt is?

I will try to get this sorted, but surely from now on I will ignore the Karon Cable bills and pay the CTH bills instead. Lesson learned.

I had an issue with CTH via Rawai Cable. Received invoices for something I did not have, so contacted CTH after the first invoice, and did so again after the second invoice. That time they said sorry, their mistake, and I have not heard anything from either company for 3 months now. I only pay once annually.
