Basically, what I need to know is if I can get overland to Thailand from Cambodia. I will have only two Thai stamps in my passport (in at the airport and out at the Thai-Lao border) dated 4 weeks before I try to enter Thailand from Cambodia.

How many times in how many different threads are you going to ask the same questions!
