App for live quotes Gold and Currencies

what is the the best app to get information about Gold and Currencies. thanks. I am new user on smartphone!!!

I use "XE" currency converter and find it very easy to use. I believe there is a gold tracker in the app though I have never used it. I can't tell you if it is "Live" or not.
