It's very interesting that Prayut will be at the UN at the same time as President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi from Egypt. It would make for an interesting meeting between the two ex-military bosses, who have carved out a recent history with many similarities. A chance to compare notes, and perhaps for Prayut to do some learning, particularly on restoring the economy.
