That's really decent of them.

The quote was taken out of context and the thai translation wasn't the best, so the actual quote was,

"the suspect had confessed to his role without being tortured much"

So,...?? ..We might conclude that everybody ells that confesses to a crime has been tortured ????

I have often wondered about countries like Thailand that get so many suspects to confess. The police must possess excellent conversational skills.

So I guess this means that it will trial be a military court with no appeals.....and possibly, no defence.

What ever we think about the idea of the system, that is the way it is at present and we ain't gonna change that!

The positive side is that other criminals might get the idea of how the "system" operates and that may dissuade them and their accomplices?
