I need to replace the tiles on one wall only in the bathroom (condo) and 3 tiles on the floor in the living room and Im supplying them

I got quoted 3500 bht and its in Bangkok. Does the price sound about right or am I paying Farang extra charges?

Thanks mike that's what I sort of figured. The man is actually employed full time by the condo so his work should be OK
