I just had lunch at the Love At First Bite bakery over near the Duke's and they have signs all over the place warning people that there is only ONE Love At First Bite - the original.

The owner - Jerry - is not too pleased that other bakeries are claiming to be affiliated with him.

By the way, Love At First Bite has great American style chicken pot pies!

I wondered about that. The place on Nimanhemin seemed so unlike the original. I asked the staff there and they said, yes they were a branch!

Love the original, everything's good. Only problem is parking ...

global house, the new home improvement retail dept has a little cafe attached to it. had some cheesecakes, tiramisu and for the price, yummy! anyone else tried their cakes???
