I think the answer to that is no, Mazo.

She will need what is known as a Schengen visa which will suffice for a number of countries as long as you state which Country will be your main holiday destination.

Not all E.U countries have signed up to the Schengen treaty though, you will need to check.

Proof of insurance cover
