I was thinking French too, but they can't have that big of a French audience for that. (C, K or R) would make more sense.

There's a massive french expat community in phuket, especially in nai harn. There's just nothing for them as the traveled french have high levels of english.

I'm guess you're talking about the movie "Pan?" There are three ratings; E, F and T. I would guess that would mean; English, French and Thai.
