Sugar is the devil

Sadly say i am 47 and have Neurpathy in my toes of a life abusing sugar, Nerves are now stuffed in my toes

Tell ya Pain, I now have to live with it.. Not easy on Depressant tablets and pan killers to help with pain next step is Morphine so got to try not get to that stage..

Years of drinking Softdrink

How much softdrinks did you consume to get it this bad ?

Just curious not attacking or condemning.

Just curious not attacking or condemning.

Whatever the answer is, it is not significant.....There are people who can drink 4 liter coke every day and eat ice cream and cake as main food and will get 95 and die from lung infection.

For others a small quantity will be too much....there is no average and no fairness.....
