Looking to rent a house Chaiyaphum or Kohnkaen

Had a look on DD property a few times but always looks like the same iffy houses. Is there anywhere else to look on the net or are there real estate agents in Thailand?

How does rental work here re money down, deposits etc.

Want something maybe 10 kilometres out of the busy centre. Rural / quiet setting. Preferably a nice 2 or 3 bedroom home or townhouse. Nothing too flashy but farang toilet, air con.

I have my own furniture. Would i be dreaming to get something under 5k thb a month?

Many in khonkaen for that price, you need to be in the city to ask around, try the khonkaen.com forum and post a message on there.
