The applicant needs to make an appointment via the VFS website to hand in the hard copy of the application together with the supporting documents and to have the biometric detail captured.

The nearest BTS stations are Asoke or Nana, really depending on your direction of travel, I think Nana is marginally closer.

Just ran into this as well. We are actually going to pay for the priority service for a settlement visa, but when i tried to pay online it didn't seem clear so we are going to pay in cash tomorrow. Not sure it'll be worth it but time is of the essence.
