How to change custody of thai child ?

Hello,

Apparently the custody was given to my ex wife when we divorced. I need that custody to get a 1 yr visa based on thai child.

How to change it ? She agrees but she have no clue how to do it. We went to the amphur and they said they can't change it.

what was the reason you didn't get 50% ? go to the court and tell them you need a visa or maybe it is better to tell them you care about the child and want to make some decisions too

It was all in thai, they asked in thai who is he staying with and i didn't understand it was the custody question. I just thought it was a question like where is he living now.

I never knew that she got custody and even she didn't know and she accept to change it but she don't know how to do it.
